Community Satisfaction Index (COSI) is a tool used to measure the degree of satisfaction felt for the quality of products from the perspective of a community. Today most companies invest a lot of money in community development and related activities. As the companies invest hugely in such activities, it is important for them to know the return on their investment. A company can measure the level of satisfaction attained by their community for their developmental activities with the help of COSI.
