Implementation of Privacy Right Management (PRM) using Open Digital Right Language (ODRL)

Research of Digital Rights Management (DRM) has focused on issues including freedom of speech, copyright, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Digital Watermarking. But in the current state existing work on privacy related to DRM is inadequate. In this paper we investigate the evolution of Privacy Right Management (PRM) from DRM. We describe the method of expressing privacy in terms of Open Digital Right Language (ODRL). Our discussion address to issues related to privacy engineering. Finally the emerging challenges in this field are presented and discussed.
